1. Agreement
By using Njund and its publications, websites, applications or other services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, distribute, interfere with or misuse the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials.
3. Content and intellectual property
Content supplied through the Service belongs to Njund Media Group or its partners and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without permission, except where applicable law permits.
If you submit content, you grant Njund a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use it as necessary to operate and present the Service.

7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Santiago, Chile.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service when these Terms are violated or when necessary to protect the Service or its users.
